Complimentary wine pairings will be provided by a local wine store as they are at each of our class locations.
Classes are held in the banquet room. The host or hostess will direct you to the class area. Classes at our Chicago North location are held alternate Monday evenings 7-9 p.m., unless noated differently in the class description. Kids and hands-on classes are held weekends with class times varying. Consult each class description on the next page. Unless you're attending a baking or pastry class, don't eat too much in advance! Bring a clipboard to class to write on the recipe sheets. And if you like, come early, look over the recipes, and meet some new friends. Our method is to teach each dish uninterrupted. In respect for those sitting near you, we ask everyone to hold their questions, comments, and conversations whenever the chef is teaching. Hold questions to the end of each dish and please turn cell phones and beepers off before you come to class.

Class registration is requested at least 7 days in advance. All registrations made within 6 days of any class are subject to space availability and a $10 late fee per person. Please call 224.353.3300 to confirm availability before registering online. Thank you!
