Chefs and Restauranteurs...
For 18 years we've enjoyed working with more than 400 of the best chefs in Northern Illinois. We've produced more than 8,600 cooking and baking classes at various class locations
throughout the Chicago and Rockford regions, in Northern Illinois.
Seasoned professional chefs as well as new young chefs coming out of culinary schools, and some traveling and working their way through Europe, have come our way via our members and other chefs. If you enjoy talking about food and are interested in doing a paid class or two, please contact me. I'd like to meet you. Invitations go out to professional chefs quarterly. Our
classes and events are held all year long. An informational sheet is also provided to acquaint chefs new to our program.
We assist sucessful restaurant owners and experienced chefs in finding each other. We pass confidential resumes of professional chefs to restaurant owners. We never charge for this service, and value long term relationships.
We're currently looking for additional class locations in Chicago and the suburbs. We
utilize our own mirror system, cookware, and Iwantani(TM) portable burners, for each class location. If your restaurant is looking to build visability and attract new customers, call me to discuss your site as a possible class location. We require a private room which can
accommodate 50-60 persons theatre-style, and a friendly English-speaking class assistant.
