Greater Rockford Class Location

Our classes in the Greater Rockford area will be held
at the location of the chef teaching the class.

in each class listing on the next page.

Evening demonstration classes are held weeknights 7-9 p.m. Kids and Hands-on classes are held Saturday with times varying. Consult each class description on the next page. Unless you're attending a baking class, don't eat before you come! Bring a clipboard to each class with you. Recipes and samples are provided of each dish.

Our method of teaching and how we operate is explained on our Terms of Operation Page, located on the second tab of the menu on our home page. Each dish is taught uninterrupted and a question-and-answer session follows each demonstration. In respect for others attending the class, we ask that you don't talk
during the demonstration and questions, and kindly turn cell phones
and beepers off or place on vibration.

Registration is provided on the next page which lists each class,
its date, time and description.

Registrations are requested at least 7 days in advance. All
registrations made within 6 days of any class are subject to space
availability and a $10 per person late fee. If you register within 6
days of any class, call 224.353.3300 to confirm availability before
